Flash-Memory Class Action lawsuit

The rich and greedy lawyers want to make sure that everybody knows they can get a 5% refund on the purchase price of your flash-memory device if you meet the qualifications below. They neglect to mention that even though all you will get is 5% of the $40-$75 you spent on your thumb-drive, they will still get mega-multi-millions. Lawyers suck.
To qualify, you must meet these conditions:
#1 You purchased a Flash Memory Device in the United States between February 1, 2000 and February 7, 2006.
# 2 Your Flash Memory Device was manufactured, branded or sold by SanDisk, Lexar Media, PNY Electronics, Fujifilm or Kodak.
# 3 You were the original purchaser and your purchase was for your own personal use and not for business use.
