Win Some ShoeMoney Gear !
To help commemorate the new blog I’ve decided to hold my first-ever contest and give away some cool ShoeMoney gear. I’ll be giving away TWO ShoeMoney hats – one “Blackhat” and one “Whitehat”, and a ShoeMoney Compressed T-Shirt. The actual items are pictured above, on my son’s play-table. The winner will get all three items, and I will ship them free of charge to anywhere on the planet.
How to win these awesome mediocre prizes:
What do you have to do to get a chance to win these icons of making money online?! Easy — Just post a review of my new blog on your blog/website. The review does not have to be positive, but it should be honest. Be sure to compare the “new” look to the “old” look (you can see the remnants of the old blog at grownupgeek.blogspot.com). Unless you’ve been a longtime reader you should have a look at my ABOUT page so you know what I’m trying to accomplish here at the blog – then base your review on those items. A link to my blog is not required to enter the contest, but in order for the review to make sense to your readers it will probably be helpful – so it’s your choice. Please: Only one entry per person.
After you post your review email your name, URL of the post and your mailing address to hubby@GrownUpGeek.com – don’t worry, your address will only be used to verify that we’re getting only one entry from everybody, and if you win, the address you put in the email is where your prizes will be shipped to.
On Friday October 26, 2007 we will throw all the valid entries onto my son’s play-table, mix them all up, and ask him to choose one (he’s only 4 years old, so you can trust him). We’ll post the winner here in the blog that evening (Pacific time), and we should be able to get the prizes in the mail the next day.
