Kontera In-Text Links Finally Loading Properly
If you read my rant from the other day about Kontera loading slowly and poor earnings you already know that I’ve been a bit disappointed with Kontera recently.
Even though it took almost a week, I’m happy to report that my Kontera links are now loading normally (less than 1-second). This will increase CTR and hopefully get earnings back on track with what I am accustomed to, even though my account manager already warned me that we’re in a seasonal low and I should not expect those over $3 eCPM numbers ($40-$75/day) that I was enjoying a few months ago.
Even though Kontera earnings have been far below usual for the last month, and even though their system was virtually broken for nearly a week, I’m sticking with them, and I recommend that you do too.. WHY? Because usually Kontera generates an additional $700 – $1,500/month – i’m not about to throw that away just because of one bad month of earnings and a few days of system problems. Just the fact that Kontera assigns me an account manager that I can bitch at and get answers about low earnings or system problems makes it worth it. Can you imagine trying to get a personalized response from Adsense when it goes fubar?
